- Using a partial Very Low Calorie Diet meal replacement strategy as part of a healthy eating and activity weight management plan is a clinically proven, simple and effective way of boosting your weight loss.
- When a normal meal is replaced with a nutritionally complete meal replacement such as KicStart™, your body receives the protein, fat, carbohydrate, vitamins, minerals and trace elements it needs while restricting the total number of kilojoules (calories) consumed. This allows your body to start burning its own fat stores for energy. Over time, as your body burns your fat stores for energy you will start to lose weight
- By increasing daily physical activity you increase the amount of fat your body burns for energy, which assists in achieving your healthy weight goal more quickly.
To follow the KicStart™ Healthy Eating and Activity Weight Management Plan simply:
